Dan Pontefract’s article about Ravin’s latest book Work Without Jobs and the key takeaways from their recent discussion.

Futurist, global thought leader, and best-selling author, Ravin Jesuthasan, believes this legacy operating model can be transformed with a different type of work experience, one that will help organizations continue to execute their missions.

Our discussion had me fascinated with this new operating model and the pillars needed to advance. “There are two key fundamental questions that are going to shape the new world of work,” Jesuthasan said. “How do we redesign work to enable talent to flow as seamlessly as possible while sending it the signals, the assets, and the resources, to enable that talent to perpetually reinvent itself? And the second is how are we envisioning that talent experience so that we are meeting people on their individual terms as opposed to forcing them to fit our ‘one size fits most’ model?”
